Troubleshooting steps : 1. For starting the band process required minimum 7sec or 12step which one is earlier 2. YOGG HR Comes with OTA feature that helps you to upgrade the latest FW on band for better performance. At the time of upgration Band required 3 things that need to done carefully . - 1. YOGG HR battery should be more than 25% at the time of upgrade. - 2. Internet should working in proper way so upgrade process will not stuck in middle. - 3 . Mobile and Yogg HR band Should be in 12â€inch area at time of upgrade. No call pickup at that time . Required 1 to 3 minute to upgrade the process and DONE . Post that need to pair YOGG HR again with mobile and it starts providing data again. 3. YOGG HR is app Base device until user charge the band and pair it to Mobile with the help of YOGG HR app, it will not work .Need to read user manual for understanding the product. 4. All new box pack pics need to charge first before use minimum 1hour.
